Blueberry and Ricotta Flatbread

Serving equals 2 crackers

Ingredients:

2 flatbread crackers

¼ cup part skim ricotta cheese

1/3 cup blueberries, rinsed

3-4 basil leaves, finely sliced

2 teaspoons honey

Directions:

Spread 2 Tbsp ricotta on each flat bread.  Top with blueberries and sliced basil leaves.  Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over each cracker.
