Chocolate Avocado Milk Shake

Servings: 2

½ avocado

1 frozen banana

¼ cup plain low-fat greek yogurt

½ cup low-fat milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

This indulgent “smoothie” taste like a milk shake and will energize you all morning long. One serving makes a perfect snack, but for an extra active morning, or as a recovery snack after a workout, both servings are required!
