9-10 oz tuna in water or 3 cans
2 large avocados, peeled and cubed
½ English cucumber, sliced
½ Red onion, diced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain the tuna and combine with avocado, onion, cucumber, and cilantro. Drizzle salad mixture with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle with pepper and salt as desired. Toss well to combine and serve.
