Pear with Goat Cheese …Yes please!

This is another simple, but feels fancy, snack.  A Comice or Red Anjou pear compliment the tang of the goat cheese.  Try a Bosc pair with aged cheddar cheese and a Bartlett pear with Sharp Blue Cheese.
