Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen or fresh
½ cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped spinach or kale
¼ cup plain non-fat yogurt
½ cup low-fat milk
Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend on low for 30 seconds, then blend on medium high for 1-2 minutes until walnuts and spinach are smooth in texture. Serve immediately.
