Cucumber and Cream Cheese Sandwiches

Calling all salt lovers!  This is your snack.

Wash ½ an English cucumber and slice it into 6 thick slices.  Spread 1 Tbsp whipped cream cheese on 3 slices and top them with the other 3 remaining slices to make sandwiches.  Roll each sandwich in a small sprinkle (about 3/4 tsp) of Everything Bagel Spice mix.  Pair with a serving of whole wheat crackers like Wheat Thins or Triscuits.  These can get a little messy, so there is no wrong way to eat these!
